Jenkins Builders has been in business since 2004.  Michael Jenkins CGP has over 15 years residential new home construction experience and has built over 450 new homes. He has built singles, townhomes and condos for Ryan Homes and D.R. Horton.  He has won many building awards and received dozens of complimentary customer letters.  

Mr Jenkins is a “Certified Green Building Professional” and has built two Nationally Certified Green homes.

Jenkins Builders, LLC is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Maryland Residential Green Building Council where Mr Jenkins sits on the board.
